10 writers cannot keep 759 pages perfectly current on their own. If you find something wrong, telling us is genuinely useful.
One address for everything: [email protected].
- A correction. Tell us the page and what is wrong. This is the mail we act on fastest.
- A product we have missed. Useful, though we cannot promise to add it.
- Press, licensing or anything commercial. Same address.
You will hear back about a correction. For other mail we do our best and make no promises.
Things to take elsewhere
We are not a shop and not a service desk. Anything about a delivery, a refund or a return goes to Amazon; anything about a fault or a warranty goes to the manufacturer.
